This document governs the Founding Member Giveaway described on the giveaway page. By entering, entrants agree to these rules in full.

Void where prohibited by law.This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by [Frankly Consulting — confirm exact legal entity name], located at [insert mailing address] ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is offered in connection with The Dental Bridge, a membership community operated by Sponsor.
The Giveaway begins on [insert start date] at 12:00:00 AM MST and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM MST (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be counted. Sponsor's server clock is the official time for the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members, are not eligible.
Entrants must be a verified dental professional — a practice owner or dentist, clinician or team member, dental industry vendor, or dental industry consultant — and must select the community layer that correctly describes them on the entry form. Sponsor will confirm this status using the same verification process used for The Dental Bridge community membership (work-email domain, LinkedIn, and, for clinical roles, NPI Registry lookup) before any prize is awarded. Entrants who cannot be verified as a dental professional are not eligible and will be disqualified.
The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the Giveaway.
There are two ways to enter, and both carry exactly the same odds of winning. No purchase or payment increases an entrant's chances.
Method 1 — Founding Membership Entry (no additional step required). Any individual who purchases a founding-rate membership to The Dental Bridge, in any community layer, during the Giveaway Period receives one (1) automatic entry into the drawing for that layer's Layer Prize (Section 5) and one (1) automatic entry into the drawing for the Grand Prize. Purchasing more than one membership does not increase the number of entries; one entry is credited per individual per layer joined.
Method 2 — Free Entry, No Purchase Necessary. Any individual may enter for free, without joining or purchasing anything, by either:
Free entries receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the selected layer's Layer Prize and one (1) entry into the drawing for the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) free entry per person, per method, for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. This free entry method is offered on its own page and is stated here, and wherever else this Giveaway is promoted, at least as prominently as required by law; it is never harder to complete than the automatic entry method.
Entrants who use the free online entry form may optionally earn additional entries toward the Grand Prize drawing only (never the Layer Prize drawings). Bonus entries are entirely optional; declining them does not reduce an entrant's baseline chance of winning either prize, and are not available to entrants who enter via Method 1 (Founding Membership) or the email AMOE method, whose entry is already automatic.
Sponsor may request reasonable proof of a share (such as a link or screenshot) before crediting a Social Share Bonus entry, and reserves the right to disqualify fabricated or fraudulent bonus-entry claims. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or Meta.
There are five (5) prizes total, described below. Each Layer Prize is a free year of Insider-tier membership, not founding membership — its ARV reflects the founding annual rate for that layer (the discounted rate available during the Giveaway Period, applied as an annual price with two months free), since that is the price at which this access is actually being offered and sold at the time of the Giveaway. All prize values are stated in U.S. dollars as of the date these rules were drafted and are subject to change.

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,260.00 (Layer Prizes: $2,760.00 combined; Grand Prize: $1,500.00).
Each Layer Prize consists of twelve (12) months of Insider-tier membership access in the winner's community layer, awarded at no cost. A winner who has an active founding membership will receive it as a twelve-month billing credit; a winner who entered without purchasing will receive twelve (12) months of Insider-tier access granted directly, with no purchase obligation. The Grand Prize ("Travel Voucher") is fulfilled as a $1,500 gift card in the specific airline or hotel brand the winner names after being confirmed as the winner. The gift card may be issued as a single $1,500 card or as multiple cards in that brand totaling $1,500, depending on the denominations that brand offers. If the requested airline or hotel brand does not offer gift cards, or Sponsor is otherwise unable to fulfill that specific brand, Sponsor will substitute a $1,500 prepaid Visa or American Express gift card of equal value. This Giveaway, and the Travel Voucher prize specifically, is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any airline, hotel brand, or travel company named by a winner. The Grand Prize winner may also win a Layer Prize, as they are drawn separately from separate entry pools; no other combination of prizes may be won by the same individual. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable, except as described above or where Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning a Layer Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for that layer during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all layers combined, including any optional bonus entries earned under Section 4. Sponsor cannot predict the number of entries in advance.
Five (5) winners — one per Layer Prize and one for the Grand Prize — will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries in the applicable pool, conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative no later than October 21, 2026. Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry no later than October 21, 2026.
Each winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within this window, or return of notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries in that pool.
The Grand Prize ("Travel Voucher") winner must also name their chosen airline or hotel brand within this same seven (7) day window. Sponsor will fulfill the gift card in that brand no later than eight (8) weeks after the drawing, or issue the Visa/American Express substitute described in Section 5 if that brand cannot be fulfilled.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant — including confirming verified dental professional status as described in Section 3 — and to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting multiple entries beyond the stated limit, misrepresenting their community layer or professional status, or otherwise acting in violation of these rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, community layer, and general likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway and The Dental Bridge, without additional compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize with a value of $600 or more will be reported to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099-MISC (or its successor form), and winners of such prizes will be required to complete a Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received due to technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of hardware, software, or internet connectivity.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
Information collected from entrants is used by Sponsor to administer this Giveaway and, where an entrant has separately opted in, for marketing communications about The Dental Bridge. It will not be sold to third parties. See [link to Sponsor's privacy policy] for full details.
This Giveaway and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of [insert state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
